Refund Policy
- No refunds for reason of weather, sickness or if you shorten your
stay after arrival - No refunds for guests not arriving on expected dates
- No refund for cancellation of group booking
- $30 booking fee applies to all cancelled reservations
- Refunds will be by cheque only at end of each calendar month
- Reservations require 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund minus
booking fee, otherwise deposit is forfeited altogether unless we are able
to rebook the accommodation
